Perched on the southernmost tip of Bali’s Bukit peninsula lies exclusive clifftop villa offering spectacular views, stunning living space, very nice landscape garden, spacious bedrooms and swimming pool and many more. This spectacular clifftop villa looks out over the white horses of the Indian Ocean and the delicate coral gardens below. Millions of shades of blue and green, a perfect sea breeze, and the sound of breaking waves induce immediate relaxation. Kick back on the terrace to enjoy sundowners and a BBQ, afterwards jump in the Jacuzzi, relax in the air-conditioned living room or watch movies in the media room. All the inside areas of this magnificent property can be closed off and air-conditioned, including the vast corridors. Gorgeous sea views dominate every communal space and most of the bedrooms, too. Located in the unspoilt neighbourhood of Pandawa Beach in southern Bukit peninsula, this villa provides a flavour of forgotten Bali. Sometimes called Secret Beach because of the way it is hidden in a curve of the limestone cliffs, this is a little-visited and idyllically undeveloped area. The villa’s location strikes a perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility, making it the perfect choice for those who want to relax yet stay close to all attractions, suitable for family getaway.
BEDROOMS
In this villa, every room is characterized by luxury, featuring beautiful textures and stunning views. There are six in total, each with own ensuite luxurious bathroom and the master bedroom is completed with a jacuzzi and private terrace. Each room also has both air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. Four of the rooms are situated on the entry floor and a further two are downstairs at the rear of the property with pool and ocean views.
The layout of the ground floor includes a 4th and a 5th bedroom, each featuring private bathrooms that can be set up as either a king-size bed or twin beds. Although these rooms are slightly smaller than the suites upstairs, their breathtaking views of the clear ocean and swimming pool more than compensate.
LIVING & DINING AREAS
Located indoors, the formal living and dining areas provide a comfortable, air-conditioned space with great views of the tropical clifftop garden. At this area you will find a fully equipped bar featuring an espresso machine and a wine cooler, as well as an assortment of spirits.
SWIMMING POOL
Imagine spending a sunny afternoon by a 20-metre infinity pool surrounded by loungers, where you can enjoy endless fun and relaxation.
Moreover, at the edge of the cliff, there is a gorgeous bale which catches the sea breeze perfectly, creating an ideal space for a late afternoon massage.
KITCHEN
Enjoy cooking in a kitchen that is not only fully equipped but also boasts a stunning view of the pool, garden, and ocean, all designed in European style.
GARDEN
The well-manicured gardens significantly enhance the beauty of the villa, creating a serene escape for individuals looking for a place to unwind.

Une excellente communication, un dévouement total a ma recherche. Je recommande particulièrement.
Devata Agung Property is very professional in what they do and they certainly have a lot of channels in trying to get what we are looking for. We have changed our preference a couple of time and they have always patiently accomodated all of our requests without a single complaint. At last we got what we want with the price that we expected in the area that we requested. We would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to find property in Bali.
I knew Mas Agung from online land marketing platform, when we wanted to buy a land for house in Bali. I contacted him to give me few options not just one as we lived in West Java. He proposed many beautiful places with reasonable price. Though we couldn’t come to a deal, I really appreciate his honesty, relentless, informative and thorough advise for us to make decision. I recommended him to my other colleague who’s planning to move to Bali. They really respect his honesty and advise, and finally get the land they really like with Mas Agung help. Highly recommended him if you are looking for agent in Bali.
